As the weather turns warmer, many nature lovers are ready to hit the road with their favorite furry pals.   Walking around your neighborhood or hiking a trail in the woods with your pet is great exercise for everyone and a wonderful chance to bond.  Linwood Animal Hospital sent out a recent article by Jen Reeder from the American Animal Hospital Association (May/June 10 Volume 5 Issue 3) to help pet owners take a few simple precautions in advance to keep this fun activity safe!

Come Celebrate the Holidays with Best Friends!

The Holiday season is the time for giving, the time to be with family, and of course...spoil your pets rotten and dress them up in silly costumes!

Best Friends Pet Care in Tyngsboro was definitely in the spirit this holiday season! Doggy Day Camp had parties this month celebrating the winter solstice, pajama parties and even to end the year right a NYE party!

Even our boarders got some Holiday Cheer, with either a free Christmas Activity, a delicious turkey dinner and even a chance to meet one of Santa Paws's helpers!

Camper of the week! December 14-18th

Our Camper of the Week is Maggie Martin!

Maggie Martin has been coming to Doggy Day Camp Since July of this year and has wiggled her way into the hearts of every employee here at Best Friends! Maggie loves to wrestle and high speed chase with Harley and Blizzy! Even when she's not wrestling with her friends, Maggie loves to give lots of kisses to all of her fellow campers throughout the day! Maggie is such an adorable pup, thats why shes our camper of the week!!

It's that time of year where we are scrambling to get last minute items for our meals for Thanksgiving, but have you stopped to think what your pet is eating for Turkey Day?

Here at Best Friends Pet Care, we are cooking up delicious turkey, yummy mashed potatoes and mouth watering turkey gravy with fresh steamed vegetables for our four legged guests!

Camper of the Week!!

Who's that Pretty Girl? Well that's Olive, our camper of the week!!!

Olive is a 2 year old pugle who's been tumbling and ruff housing the Best Friends Tyngsboro Doggy Day Camp since the summer! She loves to wrestle and play tag with her best friends Zuri and Paddington and loves to end her day by lounging on the slide and chewing a delicious nylabone!

When we told Olive she was the camper of the week, she let out the biggest howl of excitement!

...Olive..you definetly deserve this weeks camper of the week!
